In order to further promote the prevention and control of tuberculosis and AIDS, and to enable students to fully understand the harmfulness of pulmonary tuberculosis and AIDS, enhancing students' awareness of prevention and self-protection, on the afternoon of March 22nd, Guangxi City Vocational University held a health education lecture on "Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis and AIDS Knowledge Entering the Campus" in the Concert Hall.The lecture was delivered by expert Wang Qiuxia from the Disease Prevention and Control Center of Jiangzhou District, Chongzuo City, with teachersand students in attendance.

　　At the beginning of the lecture, expert Wang Qiuxia played an engaging tuberculosis promotional video, arousing the interest of the teachersand studentswho attended the meeting. Then, through vivid cases and detailed data, she elaborated on the principles of tuberculosis and AIDS onset, transmission routes, prevention measures, and other related knowledge in a straightforward manner. Sheemphasized the importance of maintaining ventilation in classrooms and dormitories, cultivating good hygiene habits, and engaging in physical exercise to enhance the body's ability to resist diseases.

　　After the lecture, some related medical professionals from the Disease Prevention and Control Center of Jiangzhou District, Chongzuo City, provided free disease testing for faculty and students through blood sampling. The students on-ite actively filled out forms to participate and diligently read disease prevention and control manuals to gain relevant knowledge. They said they hada deeper understanding of tuberculosis and AIDS.
