国际交流处简介

　　广西城市职业学院(本科)国际交流处是学校执行涉外政策、负责国际交流与合作事务的职能部门与办事机构。其主要职责是：

　　1.负责制定学校教育国际化专项规划和外事工作的规章制度;

　　2.负责接待来自世界各国的长短期访问学者和外籍教师;

　　3.负责重大外事接待活动及校级出访活动的策划及实施;

　　4.负责外国专家的聘请、报批、外事和生活管理等涉外事务;

　　5.负责校内人员因公长短期出国(出境)、学生因学长短期出国(出境)留学的申报、审批以及护照、签证的办理等事务;

　　6.负责留学生相关政策审核;

　　7.其他各项国际合作交流事务。

　　Brief Introductionof

　　International Exchange Office

　　The international exchange office of Guangxi City Vocational College is the functional department and the office responsible for the implementation of foreign policy and international exchange and cooperation affairs.It’s main responsibility are as follow:

　　1.Be responsible for the formulation of special plans for the internationalization of school education and rules and regulations concerning foreign affairs.

　　2.Be responsible for receiving long-term and short-term visiting scholars and foreign teachers from all over the world.

　　3.Be responsible for the planning and implementation of major foreign affairs reception activities and school visits.

　　4.Be responsible for the engagement, application and approval of foreign experts, foreign affairs, life management and other foreign-related affairs.

　　5.Be responsible for the declaration, examination and approval of the long-term and short-term study abroad of staff on business and the short-term study abroad of students as well as the handling of passports and visas.

　　6.BeResponsible for foreign students related policy review.

　　7.Other international cooperation and exchanges.
